‘Smile a lot because it costs nothing’, we all know this saying but it is easier said than done. There are days when we all feel sad or lonely due to external factors. 1. Never expect anything
Expectation leads to disappointment when not fulfilled. Our personal wish or happiness is solely ours, letting someone else ruin it is wrong. If anyone does something happy for you, it’s good, else just try to ignore it.
2. Don’t trust people randomly
Trust is an essential part of any relation, but this does not mean that you blindly trust someone to an extent where any act done by him or her affects you. Get to know the person, take your own time instead of jumping into conclusion all at once.
3. Indulge in something new
We all are comfortable in our own zones and never try to come out of it or try something different as we are scared of failures. But once in a while trying something new or different helps you gain confidence and makes you realize your other side.
4. Learn to love ‘the real you’
You love your phone, your friend, partner, and family etc. but amidst all these never forget to love yourself. Spend some time to know your inner self.
5. Nourish your hobby
Busy and hectic schedules never let you do anything different than your daily routine, which makes can make you feel sad at times. Make time for your hobby and you never know, that maybe your profession some day.
6. Learn to ignore
Live your life the way you want never let someone over power your thoughts because you can’t make everyone happy by not being happy yourself. Just like the saying, ‘Charity begins at home’ always remember happiness also starts at home i.e. within you.
Just make sure that whatever you do, makes you happy at the first place. Talking about the rest people in your life so remember, Nobody comes before yourself. If you are happy with yourself, people around you will automatically be happy too.
